If you live anywhere near Catalkoy go to the Canadian Products hardware shop (virtually opposite the Kibet factory). He will both sharpen and service your chainsaw.

try Mustafa opposite stroll Inn in Karakum. he is a very good engineer and speaks English well

I would agree with Mustafa but it appears that you are in Karsiyaka so go into Lapta to where the post office is and at the other end of the row of shops there is a yapi market,they sharpen chain saws,hope this helps.
