New class times!

Thursday evenings starting on the 23rd of October
The Art of Bellydance classes
6.30 till 7.30 pm
20 TL
At the Girne rehabilitation centre nr the Bellapais roundabout

Arabian dance lessons help tone the body, helps women gain confidence in them selves and relax the mind, relieves anxiety & depression and helps reduce pain and stress in Fibromalgia...

Other class times Mondays 09.00 am level 1 beginners in Arabic belly dance, Monday eves 6.30-7.30pm
Mixed abiility Level 1+2
Thursdays 09.00 am -10.00am level 1+2 mixed ability class
Thursdays 6.30-7.30pm Beginners level 1

Class price 20 TL

Hi, all being well I should be there although don't finish work till 6 but do live a stones throw away.

What do I need to wear???

Hi!! Wear leggings and a tshirt / vest top just be comfortable..
Bring a bottle of water and a small towel, we dance bare foot or with ballet pumps
