It's "whoSE first language is English". Who's is the abbreviated version of who is, as in " who is that "

My first language is French, but I know the difference.

Agreed. We all make errors in life. No-one and nothing is perfect.

I have removed the report. I do not feel that the comment by Fatouche was unreasonable. If you set yourself up as an English teacher on a public forum it is only to be expected that people will call you to task when you make a basic language error. Glad to see you took note of the error and corrected it. I totally agree with you, we all make mistakes, if you do, you can do more than hold your hands up and say whoops.
