I have been a fan for many years and much prefer this rum to even Bacardi. I don't drink a lot but I do like a rum & coke most evenings.
The most recent bottle I bought had a brown top instead of the usual white top - and the contents were horrible. I sipped the drink and threw the rest away - I can't bring myself to pour another.
Does anybody know if I have just got a bad bottle or does the new brown top signify a new recipe? Is anyone else equally disappointed?

Me too, the last bottle was dreadful. Have they changed the water?
