info re selling at Christmas Fairs etc

Hi, I live in Dipkarpaz and go once a week to the local women's group/cooperative - ÇATOM.

We thought about coming to Girne to sell our handicraft goods as we feel they would make good presents.
Can anybody tell me, what venues would be suitable for us. We sell traditional Cyprus handicrafts as well as Christmassy 'things', fun toys, gifts, like kindle/tablet/ipad covers, jewelry, bags, handbags, cloth shopping bags, children's clothing and much more.
Also preserves, olive oil, baklava(unless that's not allowed or one needs a license??)
I am the only 'nearly' native English speaker. I am trying to teach them some English and at the same time try and learn some Turkish.

We don't know where there are Christmas markets and who we need to contact. I looked at the calendar on this forum and could only see the car boot and I have written to 'carboot' via pm.

Please can somebody help????

Try contacting KAR, Tulips and NCCCT (sorry, I don't have any contact details for them, but there may be posts on here). I think they may have christmas Fairs.
There is also Lambousa Market on every Saturday morning in Lapta. Try putting in a search for it on here too.

The Wild Duck in Lapta is holding a Christmas fair each Sunday from 23rd November to 14th December,a busy craft fair with the added attraction of Santa's Grotto

I am not sure whether they have having a specifically Christmas fair, but you might think of the Wed and Sat outdoor (but under awning) markets at Catalkoy Lemar. This side of Girne is underrepresented by markets and car boots.

Thanks all for your replies. We are hoping to come to the NCCCT fair at Pia Bella. One uncertainty is transport, but working on it.

As well as NCCT I would definitely give the Car Boot Sale next to Pine Bay a go, their Christmas special is always the last Sunday before Christmas, this year will be 21st, they will have Mother and Father Christmas, a lot of visitors and buyers so well worth a visit, I am certain Mo from the boot fair will get back to you if she does get your message.

There is a Christmas fayre this coming Saturday 6th at restaurant in bogaz harbour. Run by local woman jan who sells anything in aid of the local cats every Saturday. She's a saint. If you want e mail me and I will give you her number.
