VAT/KDV Office

I have paid my builder the KDV, can anybody advise me what Government Office I can go to, to confirm that the builder has paid the Government.

Hi,

We have the same problem and went to the tax office in Kyrenia to find out. I have since learnt that your builder does not have to pay the KDV untill transfer of title deeds. This means he has had this money in our case 9 years making interest on it.
