Stopaj or transfer tax when the buyer gets their deeds.

I paid 5% commission to the Estate Agent, nothing else. This was over six months ago and I'm still awaiting a refund of my Kibtek deposit'

Anybody selling their first property can opt not to pay any tax, this is a one off chance.
If you buy a new house and then try to sell you will be charged tax at the current rate.
