Leaking porch felt roof, help and recommendations

We had porch built on the front of our house, the roof has a slight slope and has been felted, but when we have heavy rain, water runs down the inside of the walls. Looking at the roof it looks sound, but obviously it isn't! Any recommendations for a really good builder roofer who we can get to try to solve our problems?

Off Topic sorry. Also had a word with the guy from the Chip Shop, he says N.Y.E is a busy night , he normally wears the outfit to batter the fish. Before he prepares the Polk Salad.

Hi we have just had our penthouse balcony done by Gurzan from alsanjack he does it wih a heat gun which most do not. Even in the heavy rain we have had not a drop of rain came in . If you want to pop round and see his work you are welcome I,m on 0533 8868360
