phoned them today to get some information as I would like to have the internet installed and get information on where to find the office etc, it was press 1 press 9 for English,it was sorry all lines are busy, voice said goodby and they just cut me off, this happened 3 times today I thought they would keep me on line until I was attended to but no, so gave up had a laugh at it, as I suppose this is the Cyprus way, I am here to retire so have all the time in the world, only need to find out how long it will take to install, what's required in the way of modem etc usual questions, I have heard lots of good things about this Company and want to use their services,
will try another day I suppose.

thank you groucho I have heard lots of good reports about them, tried to find them yesterday first dolmish dropped us off nowhere near them 2nd dolmish just dropped us off at the green station, again we were lost, next time I will take a taxi, haven't hired a car yet waiting to get into the villa we rented, and then work things out from there.

I have just gone this afternoon to multimax with my son. The cost for installation for a year is 750tl. On top of this you will need a router, their cost is 250tl but this has a 3 year guarantee. The waiting time for installation was quoted as 12 days but it could be longer if the weather turns wet.

It is easy to find, take the road left at the HSBC roudabout if coming from the east of Kyrenia and right if coming from Lapta or Alsancak. drive or walk up the hill and Multimax is on the left on a corner in an unusual shaped building.
