Yes - Canadian imports (opposite the Kib-Et factory) Catalkoy hire out tools - i'm sure there are plenty of others places too.

There is another place that hire small to very large tools/equipment. I think it's called "Karmen"construction.
Coming from Girne to Karaoğlanoğlu, turn left at the traffic lights just past the"Cod Babba"and immediately
turn left again. You will find it on the left hand side a short way down the road.
