Just switched on TV and we are back to the Scandinavian subscription. Gonna have to go thru the whole rigmarole again?

Just tried to update and get all the way to "Start update" and "Reboot?" and nothing happens.

Mine is working now but SLOWLY very SLOWLY and a multitude of programs that don't work but hey-ho its on.

Have tried all resets as suggested on forum.Still not working & mail to NTV wont send!!!

Becker, try using the 'Contact Us' facility on the website, instead of emailing them

Keithcaley,that is what I have been doing.It is attached to the mail I received on Monday re upgrades.Still no reply!! Still no telly!! Do not for the life of me see why they don't send a mail explaining how to reset. Surely they know some people are experiencing difficulties! Especially a semiliterate retired builder!

Mollie the cat,thanks for that. Will take the box to MMx in the morning as Erol has said they will sort it there. Believe me I have tried all that has been posted on this thread! Still the same end result,no NTV.If this fails will take up your offer.Thanks.

Quick point. Spent some time trying to sort my neighbours TV out yesterday, then we discovered her subscription had expired! DOH I mean she is not even blonde!

I followed the MAG 250 update instructions on the 'settings' menu - took a few minutes, pretty basic to follow and all my channels burst back into life (simples)

Hi folks I have gone through this process pressed verify then start update then it says inspecting environment section and it's stuck at 0% ahhhh how long does it normal take.

I.m sorry to say but once it started that process from 0% it only took about 25 seconds to get to 100%. If its stuck on 0% then there must be something wrong. Did you try going through the process from start again?

As a matter of interest have updated etc. but find the interface works very slowly. Channel selection jumpy and the boot up of the selected channel very slow. However most channels are now working.
The reply from NTV is they are aware and attempting to fix.

Hi jonine yes I did , I went onto NTV website and they have the same instruction as you but also below the http another one slightly different, and it worked in seconds. The tv is now very jumpy and when you go into themenu ie news I only have sky news and cnn. The are all there in the full menu cheers
