Service from Multimax and Arcelik

So many people are quick to complain about things here, I would just like to tell you all about the excellent service from both Multimax and Arcelik. I decided to treated myself to wireless internet and and an new TV, so went on Tuesday to both companies. By yesterday afternoon,(Thursday) I had everythng installed and working perfectly. Both things had minor hitches(problems is to big a word), but the companes sent someone back quickly to fix them. What excellent service, you certainly wouldn't get that in England. In Arcelik when I couldn't make up my mind which TV, Seray sat me down in front of them, brought me a coffee and said sit quietly and decide. Brilliant, so thank you to both companies.

thats good news glad you got it sorted, which arcelik shop did you use ?

The one in Girne, near the turn off to the Police Station.
