yes it is 20 tl, my sister in law was there a few days ago. She said only thing that was a let down was wicker style sun shades at the shoreline, so they stayed beside the pool which had better & bigger shades.

We've never been there so we can't comment, but we enjoyed Shayna last year about September time, and Sardunya.

What time are you over in September ?

You would be better off buying yourself a sunshade and a "shezlong" for less than 100 tl. Drive eastwards - opposite direction to Acapulco, turn left at the junction heading towards Karpaz and you will find dozens of quiet beaches with crystal clear water FREE of CHARGE, only couple of kilometres up the road!

Acapulco have been persistently breaking the law over many decades by cutting off a road which is public (leads to other parts of coastline), and charging entrance fee to the beach against current laws which do not allow such charges to beaches - they are supposed to be public owned and public areas by law!

In the past many people had challenged the demand for entrance by refusing to pay and calling the police. The ticket issuers were told they are breaking the law and the people were allowed to get through

I, for one, am fed up such occupations and charges! I remember the days when I was a teenager - we used to for a swim on Acapulco Beach with no hotel restrictions or fees, with just two restaurant/cafeterias that still exist today (one on the hill and one on the beach). You only paid for the shades and beds if you used them which also included the use of showers. Nowadays it's pure daylight robbery!

Agree the with the comment above.
Just after Horseshoe bay is a lovely spot or go out by Kayalar for even quieter spots.
The other way is to go to Kucuk Erenkoy but busy at weekends.
Nice family beach at Karakum and near Deniz Kizi, small FREE council run beach, road opposite Molly Malone I think.
Enjoy free bathing!!!
