Has anyone seen dehumidifiers for sale here in the North or alternatively in the South.

Try Halos, as you come off the bypass they are just past petrol station on the left hand side on the way to Lapta. Failing that you can get them from Super Home Center in the south, they are on the same site as Ikea and its like B&Q, we had one a couple of weeks ago, it was a Daewoo 12ltr cost €264.64 and one of the best things we have ever had. Hope this helps.

We bought from Halos late 2013 and no problems, staff there very helpful.

Halos (the one at the Alsancak end of the bypass) has them, I saw one in there today - cost was 600TL, I bought the same model last year from them and it has been brill at keeping moisture down

Bought one yesterday from halos, 600tl in the sale, got it for 580tl with not much effort.

Most air-con units include a de-humidifier setting... On ours, it's the one on the remote controller that looks like a raindrop.
