Hello All,
Anyone know of a dry-cleaner who might be able to remove damp spores from a suede jacket?
Tried the company next to Cacoa in Girne today, but they said that the correct chemicals can't be found here, in North Cyprus.
Does anyone know of a place in the South which might be able to do the job?
Cheers,
HH

I suppose that you are really talking about mould spores...
If so, be aware that the item may already be damaged beyond repair, but have a look at the advice here -it might help

Hello Keith,
Thanks again for your very welcome advice.
I'll have to wait a few months for a sunny day, to begin the treatment, but that will give me time to find the required rubbing-alcohol.
I may take the jacket to the UK with me, next week, if I can find a company in the Gatwick/Crawley area, to try to clean it, while I'm off having fun in the Algerian Sahara for four weeks.
Cheers,
HH

Anyone used Leather Master on the South side?
They have a shop close to the Agios Dometios crossing.
