Help needed electric problem

I look after a house and noticed today in the outside box that the top few inches of the main cable leading to the large fuse is burnt. Also the fuse is u s. Do I need to contact Kib Tek or can an electrician help me?

If before the meter its kibteks problem, ie in the meter box , ours burnt and tripped the house, arrived within the hour!

I would contact kibtek. Burning cables=fire

the only people that can work on that is Kibtec contact them they normaly come out in a day but they may charge last time it cost 450tl to replace fuse and reconnect so expect a charge

Thank you I will contact the owners first and tell them prepare them for the expense!

wow we were lucky no charge as it was their supply which had caused the damage but our neighbour did put the call in and translated throughout the repair.
