Laptop help

Someone has put a music cd in my laptop (brand new) and it wont come out the tray opens but the disc is in side I cant even see it. Where is the best place to take it please?

Try pressing the eject button on the music player. Or go into my computer and look at the CD icon, try to eject from there.

The drawer ejects ok, bit leaves the CD stuck inside - it needs 'manual intervention' !
