Can't recommend this salon enough, Gulsen is an amazing stylist, so take advantage if you're thinking about it. They also offer a full range of beauty treatments which is great as you can kill two birds with one stone while you're there.

I have been going to Glamour Fairy since it opened and I cannot praise the girls enough. They are so well trained but more than that even, they are polite, lovely girls.

Hope they go from strength to strength - even if it means I have to wait for an appointment.

I'm afraid I won't be going in there again, I called a few weeks ago to make an appointment but must have walked in on a dispute between the owner and the young lady who did manicures, it was really awful. Rose was screeching like a banshee at the young woman and was totally unaware that anyone else was about, it was very unprofessional and put me off completely.I made a hasty retreat and have since found another hairdresser.
I,m aware that there are always two sides to each story but whatever the problem was I don't think the salon was the place to sort it out or that any member of staff should be humiliated in front of customers by the owner of the premises.

Oh dear elizabeth, that does not sound like Gulshen/Rose, there must have been a real problem, I know they are like best friends now and was there a few days ago, maybe you walked in at a bad moment, we all have them, never known them to act in this way, perhaps it was a one off, and been using them a long time now.
