car tax office open times

can anyone advise me of the times the tax office is open for renewals of car tax please? what ,if any are the lunch time closures?

I weas there this morning. 8.30a.m. to 2.30p.m. except on Persembe when it is until 12.30 (I think) and then open for two hours in the afternoon. Sorry can't be oprecise on that, but definitely 8.30a.m. to 2.30p.m. four days of the week. Can anyone else fill in the gaps about Persembe.
