Trying to get Multimax installed

I have sent emails twice to Multimax ( and received reply ticket emails back but nothing else) as we arrive Friday and wanted to get them to install Internet ASAP but as yet no reply. Does anyone know how long we would have to wait for installation once we arrive and do we need to bringa. Wireless router with us.

Remember it's been a holiday for the Cypriots, New Year for them is like our Christmas. , a big holiday. Why not try them again, as most people are back to work now. Don't know how busy they are, but normally install very quickly.

Thank you we have been trying for two weeks and have three tickets that don't work but no worry we will ring when we arrive it may be easier. We will also pack a wireless router just in case

You can bring your wireless router, just make sure its the new 'N' version(as opposed to older 'G') so that you can get the most benefit from your connection.

We do have a backlog of tickets due to holiday seasons.

Just had to post that we have had MM now for a week installed last Friday all sorted and up and running. I don't see any difference to being in uk speed wise. I know when we have pore problems then that will affect it somewhat but most of the time if it's like it has been this week then I am more than happy.
Popped into office for a couple of techie questions which solved a little issue we had and now having set up the VPN thingy I can now see uk tv on the laptop or iPad. Also can get to other UK sites where I couldn't before like Lottery.
Wow we are really pleased.
We are in Tatlisu if it helps anyone else this end of the island make a decision.
