3 bed villa wanted for long term rental

Preferably in the Alsancak or surrounding areas, but will consider areas close to Girne on the east side too.

Must be minimum 3 bedroom, furnished, pool (shared is ok but private preferred), easy maintained garden or maintenance included, maximum 400 pounds sterling per month.

Looking to rent long term - 12+ months to a few years if possible. No pets and no children to accommodate.
