I called the office yesterday to ask if there were any problems in my area, the girl took my number and said she will get a Technician to check. No problems in my area but there was a problem with the dish on the roof. The technician came within 30 minutes of my follow up call today and went to the roof to sort out the problem. My speed is back up to what is should be. So, excellent customer support, and a job well done.

Job done 9.30am this morning.
