Border Insurance at Metahan

What time does the Metahan border insurance offices close on a weekday?

I believe that at least one of the Greek Cypriot insurance kiosks is normally open until 10pm (but beware of holidays, like Easter, National day, etc.), selling insurance for the South side

I don't know about the Turkish Cypriot owned and managed insurance business, that sell insurance for the North, as I've never had to use 'em...

Direct info from asking the insurance kiosk person, going South 365 / 9pm
MOT Standard office hours...check for public holidays
Going North Metehan seasonal between 9 and 10pm depending on the day's demand.
Pyla, if you have their home mobile number from a previous visit they will try and accommodate you any evening when closed, if you call personally 12 hours beforehand.

An update as from an hour ago when I went South........ The mot /road tax office at the border Greek side, where you need your yearly "registration" of the vehicle prior to visiting the insurance booth, is not open during office hours as we understand them.
Opening times according to a notice in the window today are 0750 - 1440 Monday to Friday...ie they shut at twenty to three.
