Re: Flight options.
You can fly from both Exeter and Bristol to Larnaca with Thomsons, in-laws flew out a couple of weeks ago on 1st flight of the year from Exeter. http://www.thomson.co.uk/flights/destin ... ights.html

Re: Flight options.
We live in Devon. Nothing really close by and easy, reasonable cost for flights from the west country.
These are the options we have considered or have used. There are of course many others.
1. Fly from Exeter via a chartered holiday flight paying for seat only. Flight will be to Larnaca or Paphos. Cost will be expensive plus transfers from airport need to be added. Not used.
2. Fly from Bristol to Paphos via Easyjet. Prices reasonable if you can get in early. Long transfer plus also cost to be added on for transfer. Not used. Have used Easyjet from Gatwick to Larnaca. Cheap flight but have to add transfer cost.
3. Fly from Heathrow/Gatwick/Birmingham with Turkish Airlines - scheduled flights to Ercan airport in the north. Flights usually via Istanbul with plane change in airport. Can get some good bargains if you book very early. Can book almost a year in advance. Done trip a couple of times, good airline.
4. Fly with Norwegian Air from Gatwick to Larnaca. Cheap flights but again book early. Then transfer from
Larnaca to the north.
5. Fly with BA from Heathrow into Larnaca. Scheduled airline, reasonable cost, good service. Transfer cost to get to the north.
6. Fly with Pegasus from Stansted to Ercan. Long trip to Stansted. Costs reasonable, budget carrier so you pay for add ons. Plane usually lands in Istanbul but you remain on plane for about 45mins whilst people get off/on then plane takes off for Ercan.
Transfers - If you are picking up from airport them no problems. Alternatively taxi transfers can be arranged or if hiring a car they will do pick up/drop off. Have also used the coach from Larnaca airport to Nicosia (8 euro perp person) to the coach station in Nicosia, then taxi to Ledra Palace crossing and picked up hire car there.
Lots of options but nothing very close by. I would really recommend booking early for flights.
Hope this helps

Re: Flight options.
Don't forget Atlas Jet, but it is luton and maybe not too easy to get there. One problem of flying into the south is the time and money to get over the border.
As for searching for flight,s just google 'Flights U.K to Cyprus', and you should come up with the lot! If not, then be more specific about the north in a second searc h.
