Monty has been around my house many times today. Does anyone have any contact with the alleged owners. I am not feeding or watering him because I don`t want the hassle bigbadbob had. So angry about this poor animal!
Call the police, after all they are the ones that intervened last time. Maybe if they get enough complaints they will do something with the alleged owners. Poor thing.
Can't you just give some water? In this heat no liquid is dreadful for him. I can sort of understand your feelings, but even so, some water won't go amiss.
Rest easy sophie and wibow. He got water and a few doggy treats. He moved on last night though and haven`t seen him today. He was a little dirty but appeared healthy enough.
