Honey now on sale - Saturday Market Lemar Catalkoy

Due to popular demand we have sourced a supply of fabulous mountain and citrus honey through a local bee-keeper in Esentepe...

Normally this honey would cost 25tl for a large 900g jar but we can sell it for 20tl. We are going to ask him to supply some smaller sizes but honey is one of the only foodstuffs that does not go off (ever) so don't be afraid to buy a large jar.

Last week we nearly sold-out (one Cypriot local bought 6 jars!) so we have secured some more.

The mountain honey is produced by bees kept in the hills of Esentepe and the Citrus Honey is from hives positioned in the lemon & orange groves in Guzelyurt. consequently it has a delicious citrus note to the flavour profile.
