Acupuncture for tennis elbow

Hi, has anyone used an acupuncturist in the Kyrenia area (or anywhere in the North) that they can recommend, it would be to try and sort out tennis elbow.

yes Kyrenia Gate precinct on the left about 3 years ago Lefkosa recommended By Helen Fields and I can't remember his name so no help at all but just in case somebody knows who I mean.

Had it and suffered for years ,pity you .

Having said that I found the only two things that worked for me after years of flare up are cold ice back twice per day for ten mins ,with the obvious don't over do it .
Plus the application twice per day of nectar balm ,a bee wax toyed honey cream and rubs in .

Now for me it was infact weak wrists that caused the inflammation in the bulbus in the elbow joint ,tennis or golf the same thing to cure .
I used to put my arm flat each night and using just my wrist role a tin of bean strengthens the wrist ,witch connects to the bulbus,the latter being the smaller muscle and the pain flare up .

Try it first ,give it 1 month using ice pack twice per day and ten mins self physio ( you can google excercises for it ) and see how you go to take inflammation down .

Was at the Kolan Clinic this morning (the one up the hill from the Rocks) and they are advertising an acupuncture service now. If you go into Reception they have brochures on treatments they offer and one of them is definitely acupuncture.
