Kibtek problems in Tatlisu area

Does anyone in the Tatlisu area know why we're still on half power? The electricity supply has been dodgy all day but has been on half since around 2pm. I'm not even going to attempt to ring them as my Turkish isn't good enough to get the problem across to their staff!
