Does anyone out there know if they have a large selection of the above at the M&S down South. If so, are they are priced way above the prices on the official M&S web site. Don't want to make a wasted journey!

They do have quite a selection of Per Una but it is not necessarily the same stock as you would get in UK. The prices used to be about 30% above UK ones but with the weakening of the Euro there will not be such a difference now.
They also sell lovely food & wine & the cafes are good as well.

Not a huge selection and nothing I would consider buying. All very dowdy and frumpy when I went last week.

Went to the Colchester store - which is quite big - a couple of weeks ago & only bought a pair of shorts & a swimsuit anyway. Think M&S have got expensive & find all the different branding confusing I much prefer Zara. However whether or not Sophie would be able to find something she wanted to buy if she went is a question none of us can answer - go on Sophie treat yourself to a day out!

I recently went to the larger store at 88 Acropolis Avenue 2012 Strovolis. I thought the range was very good there and a very good Cafe.
It is a few minutes drive from the Mall of Cyprus. Well worth the trip.

The Strovolos M&S is the one we always use. They have reduced the size of the per una section and moved it over by the escalator. Last week there were a lot of crimplene type dresses in patterns and plain. Some per una dresses of the style they have had for the last five years, ie. The crossover bodice style. Their jeans are always a good fit though and there were various styles.
Take a trip to see as the Ozankoys say only you can decide if it's for you.
The cafe is nice but we tend to use IKEA restaurant or Debenhams restaurant as they offer better value for money.
For clothes I now prefer Debenhams, Zara or the place whose name escapes me at the end of the Mall near Zara home.
There is also an M&S home store in Strovolos if you turn left at the lights when heading to the Mall of Cyprus from the M&S clothes store. Again it also has a cafe.

Thanks very much for your replies, much appreciated On balance I suspect its going to be Debenhams and Jasper Conran or similar. Can't stand Crimplene in hot weather. May try Zara, at least if they stock size 14. Last time I tried them I would swear they were 10's with the wrong label. Honest!!

All these shops are very close to each other so you could go mad & do them all!! Zara have quite a lot of bigger sizes you would probably have to go for L/XL - happy shopping!

Blimey - if I end up buying an XL, I'll cut the label out myself. XL - never bought one in my life, whatever next!! Just really looking for an up market and smart summer dress (no hat) Going to Windsor Castle and don't want to end up looking like the "brides Mother" Perish the thought.

Haha know what you mean but Zara L is probably a small 14 they are not known for their generous sizing! Don't think any of these shops could be described as 'upmarket' though.

A John Lewis or House of Frazer would probably suffice, where are they when you really need them?!

Massimo Dutti the shop whose name escaped me earlier is more up market, they have branches all over Europe. The One in the Mall is cheaper than their Venice branch
They have some nice things but sizing is along the Zara lines!
