Does anyone know whether there is a local government department over here that issues disabled drivers badges?

A few years ago my friend enquired at the police station in Girne. They told her that they didn't have disabled stickers/badges but she could print one off the internet and display it in her car. That would be accepted. Of course they may have them now. It was about 5 years ago. Ask at the police station or your belediye.
