Water shortage?

Is anyone experiencing water shortage in the Ozankoy area, as we only seem to get our tank filled up once a week. We have not had this problem before

Yes we have the same problem ( once a week ).
We also live in Ozankoy and have had to get 6 water deliveries in, as we have family over .

Muchars office is near the old mill
walk the wrong way down the one way street the office is up the steps at the next road junction

Zoe is incredibly helpful she works every morning until 13.30 the no is 0392 8159255. Would think your chances of any success with Girne Belediye are fairly remote!
We are in Ozankoy we are currently getting water early morning every other day but it is usually turned off by 07.30.

Thanks to everyone for the help and advice, ive been to see Zoe and we should have been having water every three days - they have now turned on to every other day and we should have water coming through at 10am today 1/9. She said sometimes when they switch over water does not go through - Thanks Zoe for all your help

Haha spoke too soon we did not get water this morning, maybe they have turned ours off to be able to switch yours on?

It was on in central Ozankoy last night about 10, and there was a very low pressure supply coming through about 8.30 am. I rushed to get the washing on, but it had stopped by the time I had done so. (Yes, I do have tanks but with such an erratic supply I dont want to risk them running out). I was told some time ago that Ozankoy no longer had its own supply but was reliant on wells in Catalkoy, who get the first call.
