Water supply Catlkoy - just returned from UK

Just returned from 2 months in the UK and when I turned the water on at the mains the water meter showed water coming through but at the tap only a gurgling sound and rushing air - no water coming out! any ideas what I should do?

You could have a blockage if so go to your local Muchtar office and they will send someone round.
