Chinese House Karaoglanoglu.

Had booked into Mandarin Oriental for Friday evening,had a phone call from David apologizing saying they had closed. Booked into Chinese House. Food was excellent. However 12TL for a 50cl bottle Efes I find extortionate! Cheapest wine is 50TL a bottle.
