Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols Kings College Cambridge
For many years I have watched or listened to the Carols from Kings College from the BBC. It is particularly nostalgic as I used to live in
Cambridge and it brings back memories of attending it live. And I could not even attend the service at St. Andrews because I cant drive at night because of blinding oncoming headlights.
I cant find it on either TV or Radio. In fact I could find only one carol service on radio from BBC Wales! The TV Website did tell me I could buy some programmes now - I assume that this is part of their plans to make expatriates pay for TV - but it did not give any link to HOW to pay, nor whether the programme I want is available.
Can any kind Santa out there tell me if there is something I am missing and what the BBC are up to now. Are they even doing the programme now?

Hi,
just found this -
" Listening to the service
A Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols is broadcast live on BBC Radio 4 on 24 December at 3pm (10:00 EST or 07:00 PST). The service is also broadcast at 2pm on Radio 3 on Christmas Day, and at various times on the BBC World Service."
- on this website - don't know whether it's any help? I hope so; all the best for Christmas.

R R It was on BBC TV earlier this evening and as usual was absolutely stunning. I watch all BBC live and most ITV through MM and the free to view package from NTV plus IPlayer BBC The reception has been excellent. Have only been privileged to attend Kings once RR and it was magical as I'm sure you will agree RR
