Multimax - excellent customer service

For several days we had been experiencing problems with our broadband and although this was always resolved with a call to their customer care line, we needed a permanent solution. I wrote to the Multimax asking that they look for the source of the problem. The engineer came yesterday and problem is now solved, so - thank you Multimax for responding swiftly to a customers needs.
