This Ground Floor Small Flat is located within a 5 minute walk to the Bellapais town centre, Which is famous for the Byzanntine Abbey and the 'Tree of Idleness' ( Lawrence Durrel ) . This property has stunning views, located on a quiet road with its own parking facilities.

It has a traditional interior wooden thatched celling, comes fully furnished with air conditioning and gas heater/ electrical heating. All the facilities and basic utensils you'd need.

We are looking for friendly, reliable person to rent our property ( ONE Person only ). That have sufficient finances to cover the monthly responsibility. We will need a couple of references, so thus please have this to hand.

You DO need to speak Turkish very slowly or have someone that speak English..

This is a valid point. The price is £160 per month.

This has fantastic Mountainous views from the Hills of Bellapais.
