Alexander Oneal at the Acapulco hotel

Tried to get tickets for this concert on 28th September from Cafe George today.

They said they had them but they couldn`t sell to me as they had not been officially stamped.

Went to Mardo`s at Karakum, also selling the tickets, they had them but knew nothing about any official stamp. So I didn`t buy them.

Can anyone confirm if they have to be stamped? I suppose I could see if the Acapulco are selling them direct.
