I went to bed after Germany got their second goal thinking 'here we go again'

Got a bit of a shock this morning.

Helmet on ! did anyone else think apart from his goal Harry Kane did bugger all, yes he ran around a lot mostly like a headless chicken, very selfish in front of goal taking and wasting the free kick. Vardy on the other hand has speed can beat a player and works for the TEAM, he should have been on from the start.

Never been a massive fan of Kane, has some good flashes in games but goes missing too often for me but he is the media darling at the moment so he must be good ?

So many players get the media "superstar" treatment but are simply not good enough to follow it through.... what happened to Andros Townsend ? wasn't he going to be the next big sensation .

I can't understand why he picked Vardy but left out his playing partner Mahrez. Hodgson's a Spurs supporter, he would have picked the whole Spurs team if he could have got away with it!
