We are considering visiting the Malpas or Cratos.

Can any one tell me how they operate please

Is there a minimum spend?

A dress code?

Do you buy chips or is it a card system?

In the Cratos you show your passport and buy credit on a card they issue which works on all machines, not sure on the actual tables they do use chips though, theres no dress code as such smart casual seems the norm seen people in jeans though, drinks are free plenty of waiting staff small restaurant does free running buffet
Opulent surroundings smoking is allowed though the size of the room helps dissipate the smokey atmosphere

Yes you buy chips at the kiosk inside. Went there last year, nice place but I lost all my chips in about 5 mins !!
