gas task certifactation process, help needed

Hello good Kibkom people, I am really struggling, being a swallow, with clipped wings, with no planned visit until July, to get my gas tank through the approval process.
I need professional help to assist, does anyone carry out this service for home owners please? My house is in Zeytinlik, and was built about 12-13 years ago.
Thank you.
Howard

It may be difficult for a third party to do this for you since the application paperwork needed (you may already know this) is:

application form
Kocan or sales agreement
copy of the building permit
original stamped (on the reverse) site plan, obtained from the Land Registry in Lefkosa
receipt for the fire extinguisher
original signed contract with the gas supplier

For properties built after 2010, a copy of the mechanical project, this can be found in the green construction project folder with the original planes relating to the property.

Then the property and tank need to be inspected by the fire department who will issue their report to the District Office.

Thank you but I have no idea where I can get the documents asked for.

I was hoping that some enterprising person had set them selves up to provide a service for non resident owners.

I am only out for a holiday in July so I doubt I will be able to do what is necessary to get my tank refilled.

Sounds like a nightmare to me.
