I have a 3 bed villa with pool in Yesiltepe. Fully furnished except there is no TV, dining table or broadband. Apart from that it is ready to move into. Pool has been drained while not in use but can soon be filled and recommissioned. Rent is £475 per month, garden and pool maintenance is responsibility of tenant. Photos available for interested parties.
