Positive feedback as against the normal negative.
Had the need to ring Arcelik yesterday as the dishwasher wasn't heating up. I was told it would be on the list for the next day and the engineer would ring me when he was on the way. Sure enough phone call received this morning and they turned up 10 minutes later. Spoke good English, which is a big help, and was very polite and friendly. Quick check of the dishwasher with his gizmo and problem detected. New part as against a new dishwasher for a very reasonable amount and all up and running inside 10 minutes.

Yes. Would agree that Arçelik service is very good. Problem with 10 month old fridge freezer. Rang on Monday, they called and came on Tuesday. Brought a stand-in fridge freezer today and took the other away for repair. All excellent.

Agreed, they repaired our fridge freezer last week superb service.
