That is what I was asking Is that good or bad ??? I don't know much about computing and it takes ages for pages to upload and buffering on films makes them unwatchable .

Any Ideas ??

9mb seems a reasonable speed for general computer work and TV streaming, perhaps a reboot of all your equipment may clear it.

Thanks Turtle , One of the I.T guys in work also points to possible faulty cabling on the roof .
