Hi Folks

Maybe a silly question!!

Is there an Estate Agent who actually follows through after a viewing of your property with a feedback from the viewer? To date we have not had one to do this. If anyone can tell me an agent who actually does, I would be very pleased to hear as to who they are.

In reality it would be nice to hear perhaps : Not suitable for them! , Could be of interest !, Wish to view again! Overpriced !. Whatever!!! but just some feedback. Does not happen !

Your experiences / thoughts would be much appreciated.

When we were selling our house in Karaman, we used Ian Smith in Karaoglanoglu. They have a very good website and after a viewing, when you have logged on you get comprehensive comments about what viewers thought of your property. We found them very helpful and professional. They are on the main road by the pet shop and big school.

We have found Ian Smith to be excellent at keeping us up to date, very professional, they have been better than any UK estate agents.

we used NCEA in Catalkoy and found them up front, honest, punctual and polite. Cant ask for more.
