I am uk expat with trnc citizenship i support my 2 year old daughter and wife solely from income from my small property portfolio. Clearly on investigation of the links above from 101evler .com which is the main property site in trnc my rent is too cheap.
One link has the properties available in dogankoy the cheapest is a studio at £330 pcm and then two 1 beds at £400 pcm note not penthouses with a50 meter roof terrace and a swimming pool .
The other link is all the 1 bed penthouses in kyrenia a small walk away the cheapest of which Is £400 pcm most significantly more up to£750. I can only assume that you are not wicked and evil but pointing out that my property is very cheap and as such a joke . I price my properties to rent quickly at the advertised rate the last property a three bed flar we rented in three days at £500 pcm and turned people down . The demand is such in kyrenia that most agents charge 1 month fee to the tennant . We dont have to .
