Thanks You for supporting the RBL Summer Gala

A massive thank you to all those who attended the Royal British Legion Charity Summer Gala at the Savoy last Friday. A sell out audience of over 300 guests provided a wonderful atmosphere, the hotel's poolside venue was spectacular and everybody seemed to have a great time. especially when the sun went down and the entertainment began.

Another thank you to the restaurants and bars that provided the prizes for the 'Champagne and Supper Draw' (Amore, Bar 33 Old Mill, Dostlar, The Bellapais Gardens, The Stone Cavern, Bollywoods, Rafters, The Dragon, Pulp Kitchen) and to Colin Jeffries who sponsored the champagne (extremely generous) plus Creditwest (our primary sponsor) for their support throughout the year Additional thanks to Ahmet Arken and his wonderful staff at the Savoy Ottoman Palace Hotel too - they worked so hard and were brilliant.

The RBL Committee were keen to provide a top class evening with a generous food and drink package and spectacular entertainment for all whilst keeping the ticket prices as reasonable as possible as a 'thank you' to the supporters who give so generously throughout the year. Nonetheless 14,000 TL was raised on the night for the charity (so thank you again).
