I would like to thank the BRS for their help. I had my right foot amputated and when I contacted my car insurance to inform them I was told that they would not insure me until I had been examined. They were unable to tell me by whom or where.
I contacted the BRS for assistance. They investgated what was required and assisted me with a translater. The procedue was very beaurocratic and time consuming having to go from one place to another all around Lefkosia
Today I have now got my new driving licence and agreement from the insurance company to cover me,
None of this would have been possible without the aid, assistance and advice from the BRS.
I do thank them all for their tireless work on my behalf. If you have not thought about joining please do they are a great help
Mick

Praise for the BRS
As I got older I congratulated myself on my tolerance..... Now I realise I just don't give a "ooops"

I have in the past had serious thoughts about continuing. however after reading the latest missives circulated by the new incumbents I feel they really do know Which way is Up and long may it continue.

What's to lose. 40 TL a year. You get that back easily with all the discounts and medical alone. I recently had cause to seek their advice and the response was immediate and informative.. They do a good job and the more members the more input they can have.
