flat in exchange for caretakers

I will be in KKTC in October to meet and interview
,In exchange for rent free flat (separate from house 1 bed /bath etc all new appliance unfurnished) I am looking for a retired RESPONSIBLE couple to maintain Garden (very small) and do small tasks, just pay water and electric.
