LONG TERM RENTAL 3 BED, 3 BATH

We have a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom partly furnished villa to rent in Karsiyaka without a pool. The villa is available now and we are looking for tenants to rent it long term. We have had such bad luck with previous tenants who have wrecked the place and not looked after it. We would hope to find decent people who take pride in their home.
