Retired English couple looking for long term rental.

Does anyone have a 2/3 or even a 4 Bed Bungalow. Small Villa or a Village House available for long term rental,
Preferably in the Kucuk Erenkoy. Bahceli or Esentepe area's. We would very much like a property with a garden are we both very keen gardeners.
We are too bothered about a pool. But if there is a pool we are geared up to maintain it. And quite to happy to carry out small maintenance jobs
and look after the property. And more than happy to look after your pets.

I have a lovely traditional Cypriot 2 bed bungalow available in Karsiyaka village.

Large kitchen and two good size rooms with an open planned living room going out onto a lovely terrace with views to die for.

Small Garden in two sections
Garage
Roof Terrace.

This is a very good price of £250.00 per calendar month

We would require 2 months up front along with £250.00 fee as I work for an estate agency

i have a lovely house in Yeni Erencoy fantastic views looking over the new marina 2mins lovely sandy beach
the karpaz is sort distance whit the best beach on the island close buy . It is fully furnished with full A/c big easy maintained large garden with ample parking mail me i will send pics £275 a month 2 months up front braceybuilders@yahoo.com
